Our Story
Apex Commercial Joinery was founded on a delivery model developed through years of executing engineering, design, procurement, and project management for complex facade packages throughout Western Australia.
We recognised that the same structured approach that delivered complex facade projects could be applied to commercial joinery for large accommodation developments. The missing ingredient was manufacturing scale. We found it through an exclusive manufacturing partnership built on 18 years of shared operational history.
Apex combines our manufacturing partner's factory capacity and production systems with disciplined local project management and installation coordination. The result is a delivery model purpose-built for multi-residential, student accommodation, hotel, and aged care projects.

Our manufacturing partner operates with dedicated factory capacity, CNC precision processing, AI-optimised production planning, and systematic quality control. Digital integration allows Apex to manage production schedules, track progress, and coordinate logistics in real-time from Perth.
This partnership gives Apex the manufacturing scale required for large accommodation projects while maintaining the production control and program visibility that builders need to manage risk.
